Because the Courtyards is a townhome community, changes to your  unit's exterior may impact your neighbors' property value and that of the association more profoundly than a change to the exterior of a single family home. 
Therefore, approval for any change to a unit exterior, including satellite dishes, landscaping and changes to inner front courtyards and back patios, must be obtained through an ARC request from The Courtyards, the Suntree Master Homeowners Association, or both, depending on the modification requested.  This includes replacing or refreshing mulch or stone and plants within existing landscaped areas.
Generally the only construction changes allowed to your exterior are (1) enclosing a back porch, or (2) screening in the front patio.  These require a county permit and approval from first the Courtyards and then the Master Association. 
Window replacements must be approved by the Courtyards ARC committee but do not require approval by the Masters Association.
ARC Requests must first be submitted to the Courtyards.  Drop it in the Maintenance slot at the pool pavilion, or mail the form to the Courtyards directly

Repair/Maintenance Requests
If you need either repair or maintenance that you feel is the responsibility of The Courtyards, please print the form below, complete the form and drop it in the mail slot in the maintenance office (located in the back of the pool house).  The Maintenance Committee Chair will review your request and either assign the job to our Maintenance Supervisor or notify you of the reason why your request has been returned.
