The Courtyards of Suntree welcomes you to our neighborhood. We are a community of 170 townhomes - our residents include working couples, active duty military, homemakers, retirees, professionals and families with children.

The Courtyards is one of 68 communities that make up Suntree. We are part of the Suntree Master Homeowners Association which covers over four square miles, two 18-hole golf courses and numerous lakes, parks and playgrounds.
